Clinical Supervisors

Help shape supervision, not just deliver it.

Attune is seeking skilled, licensed Clinical Supervisors to provide high-quality, BBS-compliant supervision to a caseload of registered associates (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) — and to help build the proprietary supervision technology our clinicians use every day.

This role is roughly 75% supervision and clinical care: individual, triadic, and/or group supervision, session review with structured feedback, crisis consultation, and a small direct client caseload of your own. The other 25% is model training and product feedback — serving as a subject matter expert on our supervision platform, reviewing AI-assisted documentation and session-summarization features, and helping design supervisor dashboards and progress-tracking tools.

Who we’re looking for

  • Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in good standing with the BBS
  • Minimum two years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical services
  • Completed mandatory supervision CEs, or a valid and active supervisor certification
  • Experience supervising ACSW, AMFT, or APCC associates
  • Comfort with technology platforms and digital clinical tools, and experience providing telehealth services
