Associate Therapists
We’re hiring associate therapists across California for fully remote, telehealth-based caseloads. Our model provides structured clinical feedback after every session, outcome data to support your development, and a team that’s invested in helping you become a stronger clinician.
We’re looking for associate therapists and trainees who are curious, committed to learning, and want supervision that actually challenges them to improve.

If you’re looking for a supervision experience that goes beyond a weekly check-in, Attune may be a good fit. We know the jump from classroom theory to real client work can be daunting. Our model is built to bridge that gap, with structured clinical feedback after every session, outcome data to support your development, and a team invested in helping you become a stronger, more confident clinician.
We’re looking for trainees who are curious, committed to learning, and want supervision that actually challenges them to improve, including students seeking a practicum or internship site through their university program. We also know real life doesn’t pause for grad school: our flexible telehealth model is designed to work around your classes, family, and other commitments, while still helping you meet your program’s required hours and manage a sustainable caseload.

Clinical Supervisors
Attune is seeking skilled, licensed Clinical Supervisors to provide high-quality, BBS-compliant supervision to a caseload of registered associates (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) — and to help build the proprietary supervision technology our clinicians use every day.
This role is roughly 75% supervision and clinical care: individual, triadic, and/or group supervision, session review with structured feedback, crisis consultation, and a small direct client caseload of your own. The other 25% is model training and product feedback — serving as a subject matter expert on our supervision platform, reviewing AI-assisted documentation and session-summarization features, and helping design supervisor dashboards and progress-tracking tools.
If you want more than a traditional supervisory role — a seat in shaping the tools that support it — we’d love to hear from you.
